Why Trump?

This seems to be the question a lot of perplexed Europeans are asking of Americans:  “Why in the world would you vote for Trump?”

Before we begin, google the term “JournoList” and the name “Jonathan Gruber.”  I’ll wait.

Quickly, you’ll discover that JournoList was a private email list made up of a number of writers and reporters for major news organizations in the United States.  In 2008, this private email list of the people who craft and create the news presented to Americans declared themselves the “unofficial Barack Obama election committee.”

Make a dent in left-dominated culture – nominate “right” novels for publication!

As RWR readers know, our Prince of White Bread is a published fiction author. Needless to say, it’s a pleasure to read his work because it’s written from a world view to which we can relate. In a Roy Griffis novel, the sky is blue, grass is green, Conservatives aren’t evil, Progressives suck, and the world makes sense. And also, no sucker punches. Ah, readerly bliss!

As RWR readers also know, Andrew Breitbart famously pointed out that politics are downstream from culture. We on the Right clamor for more positive entertainment options, not only for our own pleasure, but because of pop culture’s potential power to sway public opinion away from somehow looking upon Progressive (Communist-Marxist-Maoist-Stalinist) Fascism favorably. America has very little time left if it is to be saved.

Er…meanwhile

“The Fire This Time,” which is the second volume of the Lonesome George Series (LG2, for short) is with the publisher and editors.  They’re doing their job.

Meanwhile, my copy-editor sent her notes on “Into the Flames,” volume two of the By the Hands of Men series.  I’ve been working on incorporating her notes into my ms.

Target release date for “Into the Flames:”  November 15.

“It’s not their fault,” her cousin Jonny countered. He was leaning against her cousin Ray, but she couldn’t tell if he was intoxicated or too upset to stand.
